Every company's name is their brand, and that brand serves to symbolize the essence of that business' services. Our company's name is the focus of many frequently asked questions! "Auto Freight", "Motor Carrier", or "Motor Freight" doesn't refer the type of shipment being transported. These were popular terms used back in the early days of transportation to describe goods transported on motor vehicles. Point Roberts Auto Freight continues to use the name it was given when it was first established in the 1930's due to it's legacy in Whatcom County.

We are pleased to announce that we have recently added Motor Vehicle Transport to our list of services.
Our specialized equipment allows us to transport standard compact vehicles. Please contact us to review our service areas and prices.

Why does Pt. Roberts need a freight forwarder?

PRAF is an interline freight service that is bonded to transport on Canadian highways to connect to the remote Washington State peninsula community of Point Roberts. The majority of our shipments are too large or heavy for USPS, Fedex and UPS Ground services.
